Cloud Service shutdown Oct. 31, 2017

Earlier this month, all MileBug iOS users were sent a notification regarding the pending shutdown of MileBug Cloud on October 31, 2017. This is due to ongoing issues, including data duplication and data loss. Only the cloud storage will be shutdown. The MileBug app will continue to function as always and manual backup will still be available. A new cloud storage service should be available by the end of the year.

We advise all users to logout of MileBug Cloud immediately via the Backup Tab. Choose “Access MileBug Cloud” and there you will see the Log Out button if you’re still logged in.

We also advise all users to generate full reports for all data as a precautionary measure.
